A deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation. Deposits can only be refunded if a party is cancelled more than 30 days in advance.

Please contact me at least 4 days prior to the party with a final guest count.
Maximum Guests
All parties are designed for 8 guests. Additional guests will have a charge of $10 per guest, up to 12 guests total. If you would like to invite more than 12 guests, a $75 additional hostess fee will be charged for a second party hostess.
Siblings of Guests
The party package is for the guest of honor and their guests. Any siblings that participate during the party will need to be included in the final guest count.
Final Guest Count
Some guests may not show up for the party, even if they have said they are coming. Parties are planned on the final guest count received, not the number that show up.
Cancellations and Refunds
Any party cancelled more than 30 days of the party date is eligible for a refund of the deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, please be aware that there will be a charge to make and re-send new invitations.
Late Arrivals
The party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned out, and any guest that arrives late may join the activities at the point that they have progressed. This allows for the least amount of disruption.
The party hostess is only responsible for facilitating the events during the party. It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure any unruly behavior is taken care of.
Guest Attire
Most party themes include dress up. Girls should come dressed with a leotard or bathing suit on under their clothes. Boys will generally wear their regular clothes under or as part of their costume. Invitations will include this information.
Food Allergies
It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of any food allergies of the guests coming to the party.
Adults At The Party
Other parents and adults are welcome to stay for the party, but it is asked that they enjoy the party quietly so the children aren’t distracted.
Illness/Inclement Weather
Once a party is booked, it can only be re-scheduled. I will gladly work with you to reschedule your child’s party. If you choose to cancel your party within the 30 day period, please remember your deposit is non-refundable.
Travel Fee
The party hostess will happily come to the location of your choice. Parties held within a 20 mile radius of downtown Asheville are included. A fee of $.50 cents a mile fee (coming and going) over 20 miles will be added to your final bill.
The Party Pixie assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or allergies from any food items during the party.
The client is responsible for any excessive damage to any property belonging to The Party Pixie.
Not expected, but always welcome.
Client Obligations
1. To provide a clean, safe, smoke free environment.
2. To provide a place for parents and other guests to gather.
3. To provide tables and chairs to seat all participating guests.
